These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LeaseCheck, operated by Honeyspark LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, creating an account, or purchasing a lease review, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use LeaseCheck. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information, keep it current, and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
LeaseCheck offers automated tools to help users review and understand lease documents. We use software workflows and AI models to generate summaries, risk flags, and negotiation suggestions. The output is informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or not tailored to your specific facts or jurisdiction.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the service. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on any output and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and submit lease documents and other content (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, transmit, and store User Content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service and provide support.
Uploaded lease files are retained for up to 14 days and then deleted from upload storage. Extracted text, generated summaries, and related report data may remain in your account until deleted by you, your account is closed, or we remove them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Fees are shown at checkout and are due at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise. Payments are currently processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. You authorize the selected payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar government charges associated with your purchase. We may change pricing prospectively.
Purchases currently provide one-time review credits tied to the plan you select. Your use of third-party payment services may also be governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
Except where required by law, payments are final. We do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with analysis quality, report content, or outcomes from using the service.
A refund review is available only if all of the following apply:
For these Terms, “delivered” means an analysis result is made available in your account, or an analysis file or report is generated and made available for download. In some technical failure cases, we may choose to reprocess the job or restore a credit instead of issuing a cash refund.
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. To request review, contact [email protected] with your account email, payment date, and transaction details.
The service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and site content (excluding User Content), is owned by Honeyspark LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal, lawful use.
We rely on third-party providers such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics tools, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, policy changes, or security incidents caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeyspark LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Honeyspark LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or harmed the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Honeyspark LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and indicate the date of the last update. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonably practical, such as by email or a notice in the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
